Michael Safko earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2017. While in school, he served on the editorial board for the University's Journal of Land and Development, a law journal focusing on issues related to land use and economic development. He also participated in a criminal practice clinic which placed him in the State's Attorney's Office of Baltimore City where he gained invaluable litigation experience.
Michael was admitted to practice in Maryland in 2017. He further developed his litigation skills working as a civil attorney in the time before arriving at Custody Matters, LLC.
When not practicing law, Michael devotes his time to artistic pursuits such as sketching, painting, and community theater
